Job description
Are you our next Advertising Campaign Manager?
Because we’re growing, we’re looking for Campaign Managers to help take our clients’ paid advertising campaigns to the next level – across both Social and SEA platforms!
We’re looking for team members who are genuinely passionate about digital media, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Someone who loves diving into data, solving problems, and getting the best possible performance out of campaigns. At The Next Ad, we care just as much about mindset and attitude as we do about experience.
You’ll be part of a fun, driven and supportive team, and will work closely with our Digital Marketing Consultants to deliver results that make a real impact. Together, you’re responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients – from sharp scale-ups to global names – and no two days are the same.
The Next Ad is proud to work with a wide variety of well-known brands, including Heineken, Intertoys, Theorie Toppers, Curly Secret, Nintendo, and many more. This diverse client base reflects our broad expertise and dynamic approach.
Authenticity is a core value at The Next Ad – in our people, our client relationships, and how we collaborate with each other and our partners. Everyone is free to be themselves. We treat you with respect, and vice versa. And whether you’re just getting started or ready to take the next step, we’ll support you with the freedom and space to grow!
What you’ll be doing
Developing and executing paid advertising strategies across Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest) and SEA platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Performance Max), in close collaboration with Digital Marketing Consultants to ensure campaigns align with overall client strategy
Setting up, managing and continuously optimising campaigns to meet performance goals
Translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Designing and maintaining dashboards to monitor and share campaign results
Working with both international, cross-functional teams and/or smaller, more hands-on client setups to deliver high-quality campaigns
Staying up to date with platform updates, industry trends and best practices in digital advertising
The Next Ad is headquartered in Amsterdam and operates with a remote-first mindset! You're free to work mostly remotely, but you're always welcome at our small satellite office in Amsterdam.
