Are you our next Paid Social / SEA Campaign Manager?

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to help push our clients’ paid advertising to the next level across Social and SEA!

We’re looking for a team member who enjoys working with data, spotting opportunities, and improving performance. Someone who’s detail-oriented, takes ownership of their work, and likes being part of a team that gets things done. Whether it’s optimising campaigns, working on challenging briefs, or figuring out why something isn’t working - they’re on it.

You’ll be working in a fun, supportive, driven team, managing a mix of clients - from smaller accounts to larger international brands. Plenty of variety, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact .

Your responsibilities

  • Owning and managing end-to-end paid campaigns across Social (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok) and SEA.

  • Driving performance by optimising your campaigns against clear KPIs

  • Analysing results and translating data into reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Building and maintaining dashboards to track performance and keep stakeholders informed

  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams on strategy, planning, deliverables, and day-to-day execution

  • Testing new ideas, formats, and platform features to continuously improve results

  • Staying up to date with industry & platform developments, and applying them in your campaigns

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

Must haves

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (Social and/or SEA)

  • Based in the Netherlands, requiring no visa sponsorship

  • Proven experience owning and managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets

  • Comfortable running end-to-end campaigns independently

  • Strong ownership - you’re responsible for the quality of your campaigns and their results

  • Good time and expectation management skills across multiple accounts and teams

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Clear and direct communicator

Nice to haves

  • Experience working on agency-side

  • Experience with international clients

  • Dutch language skills

  • Able to start on short notice
