Are you our next Reporting Lead?
Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Reporting Lead to help take our data, reporting, and insights to the next level!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data and digital media, loves turning numbers into clear insights, and thrives on solving problems. You enjoy working on dashboards, exploring performance trends, and making data easy to understand for everyone. At The Next Ad, we care just as much about mindset and attitude as we do about experience.
You’ll join a fun, driven, and supportive team and work closely with colleagues and partners to make reporting an actual driver of decision-making. Every day is different, and the insights you provide will directly impact how campaigns perform.
What you’ll be doing
Maintain and improve dashboards across multiple platforms, including campaigns, creator content, and time-sensitive activations, making sure updates are agile and accurate.
Support creative and performance analysis, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Ensure accurate reporting for lower-funnel activations, helping teams optimise campaigns effectively.
Represent reporting needs across global workstreams and coordinate the development of new reporting functionalities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and high-quality data outputs.
Help define and prioritise reporting workflows and functionalities that make data more actionable for the business.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
Experience in reporting, data, or analytics within digital media or marketing.
Excellent written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make insights simple and actionable.
Experience managing complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a collaborative team player.
Excellent communication skills to explain data clearly to different teams.
Ideally, with a background in campaign management
Skills & knowledge
Power BI, Mediatool, and other reporting/dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio.
Familiarity with data integration is a plus.
Knowledge of reporting from platforms such as Meta, CM360, DV360, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Teads, and The Trade Desk.
Understanding of media taxonomy for consistent reporting.
